Hippie Chicks - Part One-ish

Be sure to click the video link at the bottom!
If you follow along with Pretty Muse on Facebook you've already seen a few sneak peeks of our Hippie Chick hippie shoots.  On this particular installment Mercy Clark is found frolicking in the grass.   You know.  Hippie style.
There is this quasi-fictional park near the archway in Jensen Beach called Grass Patch Corner.  It's filled with wonderlust flowers and little gnomes that come out to attend errant hairs and fickle models.
One quick nap and she woke up feeling slightly dizzy but warm and cozy inside.  It's as if groovy music from the 60's were waifing through the air because in nothing flat Karissa Ferguson joined and these girls were twirling and gazing at the horizon with the dreamiest gazes.

Now I've heard from numerous people how they've spotted us shooting throughout Martin County and sure enough you caught us again.  Judging by your retorts zooming by you are still enjoying this particular series.

"The Rain, The park & other things"  by The Cowsills
,
"I saw her sitting in the rain
rain drops falling on her
she didnt' seem to care
she sat there and smiled at me
and I knew
I knew
I knew
I knew.

She could make me happy
Happy
Happy
Happy.

Flowers in her hair,
Flowers everywhere,
I love the flower girl

Oh I don't know just why
She simply caught my eye
I love the flower girl

She seemed so sweet and kind
she blew my mind...
Bluuuuuuuuu-uuuu-uuuuuu-eewe-eewe-my miiii-eeee-iiii-eend.
(trills of harp, flowers falling, the earth spinning....)

Yes, you see that's how it worked back then.
Twirl around, land your eyes on something'
and blam.  Take their hand and walk through the park.

Peace
These things were easy. (Not quite as easy as the legends say.)
And fun.
And even though we terrified the world with radical ideas of love and peace and kindness, we were declared a disgrace, the fall of our great nation, blah blah blah.

Yes, just like today.  But today I'm not the flower girl.  These girls are. And if I were a dude (or a girl) cruising by, well, let's just say I wouldnt.  No.  Couldn't, go by.

Radiant.
Free.
and, well, fetching.

Being a hippie is a state of mind.  It's an intentional kindness.  Benevolence for the sake of a journey.  A new person meant a new rendevoux. A new world.  That, or you opened the doors of your own world and let them revel there.

I've decided the hippie shoots are striking a cord of pleasure in so many people.  Why?   I'm not sure. But I'm not ready to leave the hippie chick shoots.  I think there's lots and lots of material here. I intend to keep shooting hippie chicks.  To keep making hippie chick videos and mis-match them here.

So you'll see part and parcel of different shoots in any order I see fit (thank you very much) and I hope you just go with it.

Is there a hippie chick in you?

If you see a girl dancing and cameras going, it's ok to show us your woots!  (Well, most of them. We welcome your attention.  :)

And a video to below!  Don't miss this one!
